"I was with Brittany wells State Farm for many years. I have had problem after problem with their office. COUNTLESS times I called and even left messages during business hours only to have no answered call and no call back from my messages. 2 different times I called and had a vehicle added to my policy only to find out 2 weeks later THEY NEVER ADDED MY VEHICLE. I was literally driving around without insurance because of their negligence. Between them not answering the phone during business hours, to more than 1 time them having me driving around uninsured, along with a few other issues that would take too long for me to write, I’m telling my honest opinion that Brittany wells State Farm is next to incompetent. I finally wised up and left. I now have BETTER coverages and a wayyyy better price with a local insurance office that get this, actually answers the phone! Sorry, but the truth hurts sometimes! Spare yourself and go elsewhere."

"Absolutely the most incompetent State Farm agent and agency in America. The inability to answer simple questions and stand behind there mistakes is unacceptable. Giving there word to take care of situations that arise is non existent. When someone with true business experience confronts them on there total lack of knowledge. They atomically feel as if you’re attacking them but in reality are pointing out there TOTAL incompetence. The best result of my experience with this location was that they transferred me to a new against. My suggestion is to stay as far away from this State Farm location. Read this review quick they only keep the positive post up."

Furthermore, I find their practice of offering military discounts to every policyholder merely for the sake of making a quick sale to be unethical. "I have been trying to get hold of this lady for over three weeks. Left multiple texts and voice messages. I just moved out of Indiana and need to get insurnace from the current state as my registration expires in less than 10 days. Statefarm helpline says they can't help as the "agent" needs to process the change. I guess I will just drop Statefarm altogather."
